Okay...This one already explains itself, but think about it, not only will these gorgeous escort cards allow your guests to find their seats in an easy manner, but they also double as an easy way for toasts. This helps with catering to ensure all guests have their champagne before they are seated, and allows guests to feel extra special with their custom escort flutes. 10/10 recommend this idea to anyone who loves a champagne moment. What better way to get the party started than with some post cocktail hour SHOTS. I love this idea for an easy and fun installation piece but also these shot glasses can be used and double as favors! Add guests name, table number, and your wedding date for an extra cute favor keepsake. I specifically love the look of these Himalayan sea salt shot glasses with their gorgeous marble salmon colors, but there are so many glass options that you could do to carry out this idea.
3. Calligraphy Crystal Coaster Escort Cards
While we're on the subject of favors, this is also a fun and gorgeous escort card idea. Hand calligraphy crystal coasters are the perfect way to get your guests seated, keep a gorgeous favor AND can double as tablescape decor. Umm.. loving the multi-function of this idea! Not to mention you can customize the crystal colors to be totally gorgeous and inspired by your wedding day colors.
4. Watercolor Escort Cards
It's no secret that watercolor is trending in the wedding industry, and if watercolor is your thing, we highly recommend incorporating it into your escort cards too! Watercolor gives your special day paper a homemade feel, making guests feel even more important. Nothing adds a fun pop of color like water-colored paper, and I am especially here for some super fun animal place card holders to add another design element to your wedding day fun!
5. Calligraphy Fruit Escort Cards
I know fruit seems like a strange option for your escort card choice, but we're seeing this trend become more and more popular! This is such a fun idea for any farm to table wedding theme or to add local fruit into your big day. I love the idea of calligraphy fruit to set on top of your menu design, it just adds even more to your tablescape. Not to mention the amazing wedding day photos you'll get back from having a totally out-there escort design!
6. Cheese Escort Cards
This is such a great idea for couples who want their guests to find their seat with a treat! Add some meat to your board for an extra charcuterie twist. I would love to attend a wedding as a guest and see something like this for a seating chart. It's just so different and truly makes your wedding feel like an experience- while also showcasing some delicious treats!

Wax sealing is one of my favorite trends for elegance. If your wedding theme is very fairytale inspired than wax seal is the perfect idea for you to incorporate into your escort cards! Not only can you make this personalized with your initials in the wax seal, but you can also hire someone to make you wax seal stickers that your guests can re-use later on, and make the design process even easier to assemble. I love the elegance this adds to your wedding table.
8. Mug Favor Escort Cards
I had the pleasure of designing these awesome escort cards for a styled shoot we did last year for Elite Events. These are the perfect way to incorporate your favor into your seating chart design. These Moscow mule mugs were such a great idea and perfect for greeting your guests and asking them to take a seat, and letting them know that their favor awaits them! Add an even special twist by serving Moscow mules at the bar and tie them all in together!
9. Menu Escort Cards
Kill two birds with one stone by adding some amazing translucent velum menu cards. These are perfect for attaching a colorful escort card to and sitting them right onto your plates or chargers. This makes it easier to place guests exactly where you want them to sit, and who to sit by! Not to mention how great the photos of your tables will be with a fun pop of color over vellum design.
10. Gold Foiled Escort Cards
If you're going for a modern escort card vibe, then you should totally op for some gold foiled escort cards. These are stunning, simple, and sleek, and can also be enhanced by adding a fun shape to the design. Diamond and hexagon shapes are trending majorly in the escort card and seating chart design world, I love how fun a shape makes the design feel, as well as the lux gold foiled names!
